Data collected

Account (email, name, hashed password, optional encrypted 2FA secret), monitored URLs and their associated instructions, notification preferences and identifiers (email, Telegram chat), billing data handled by our payment provider, and technical analytics data subject to your consent.

Purposes and legal basis

Provision of the monitoring service (performance of the contract), billing (legal obligation and contract), security and fraud prevention (legitimate interest), audience measurement (consent, via the cookie banner).

Retention periods

Account data is kept for as long as the account is active, then deleted in cascade at the end of the deletion process (immediately within 2 h without a subscription, or at the end of the subscription period). Billing data is kept in accordance with the applicable legal obligations.

Subprocessors

Hosting and database (Neon, Vercel, dedicated server), transactional email (Resend), payment (Stripe), notifications (Telegram), semantic detection (Anthropic), audience measurement (Microsoft Clarity, only after consent). Each provider accesses only the data necessary for its function.

Your rights
