These terms govern the use of now-compete, a competitive monitoring service. By creating an account, you accept them without reservation.

Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential. Two-factor authentication is available in your settings.

Plans and credits

The service is offered in plans (Free, Silver, Gold) limited by a credit budget based on the monitoring frequency. Plan changes and cancellation are handled from your settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Acceptable use

You agree to monitor only content that is lawfully accessible and not to misuse the service for illegal purposes or in ways that infringe the rights of third parties.

Liability

The service is provided as is. now-compete does not guarantee completeness or uninterrupted availability, and cannot be held liable for decisions made on the basis of the alerts.

Termination and applicable law

You may cancel and delete your account at any time. These terms are governed by the applicable law (to be specified); any dispute falls under the corresponding competent courts.
